Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TalentClub, available via website and its subdomains (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is operated by PT. Solusi Talenta Utama ("We", "Us", or "Our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform and create an account.
Platform Services
TalentClub provides recruitment, talent discovery, candidate matching, recruiter services, talent database, analytics, AI-assisted matching, and related services to connect employers, recruiters, and job seekers.
Platform Operation
TalentClub may collect, store, organize, process, analyze, display, distribute, transfer, update, and otherwise manage information submitted by Users as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, support, market, and develop the Platform and related services.
Candidate Information
Candidate information, including resumes, profiles, and assessment results, may be indexed, categorized, analyzed, matched, recommended, scored, ranked, displayed, and shared with authorized recruiters and employers as part of TalentClub's core recruitment services.
AI and Automated Processing
TalentClub utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning, recommendation systems, resume parsing, candidate scoring, talent matching, and automated decision-support tools to enhance efficiency. These tools are designed to assist decision-making and do not guarantee placement or employment.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Users are strictly prohibited from misusing the Platform, including but not limited to: uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data through automated means without written consent, or engaging in any unlawful activities.
Intellectual Property
All TalentClub trademarks, logos, software, algorithms, content, and platform assets remain the exclusive property of PT. Solusi Talenta Utama or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate User accounts, access to the Platform, or service delivery at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activities.
Disclaimer
The Platform and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT. Solusi Talenta Utama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion before escalating to the relevant legal jurisdiction.
